What the fishermen brought

Every morning before eight, someone from the kitchen walks down to the fish market. Whatever there is, we cook: sea bass, bream, sardines, scampi from the Kvarner. If there is no fish, it is not on the menu, which is what the blackboard with the catch of the day is for.

The cooking is simple: the grill, olive oil, lemon, parsley. The sea did the rest.
